Do you sell to individuals or only facilities?

Both. GM Home Care Inc supplies families and individuals as well as hospitals, clinics, retirement homes and long-term care homes.

Can I rent instead of buying?

Yes. We rent patient lifts, power wheelchairs, scooters and pressure-relief mattresses by the month. See our Monthly Rentals and Rental Policy.

What types of hospital beds do you offer?

Full-electric home care beds, low-height beds for fall-risk patients, and advanced 5-function beds with Trendelenburg positioning and CPR release. Many come with a mattress and rails.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery across Canada usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and product availability.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on eligible products within 14 days of delivery, if they are unused and in the original packaging. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Do you offer bulk or facility pricing?

Yes. For facilities or larger orders, contact us for a custom quote.
