Delivery
Delivery
We deliver to homes, care facilities and offices. Rentals include delivery, setup and pickup. Call 647-466-2259 for timing to your area.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday are processed the next business day.

Delivery across Canada usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and product availability.

Returns
We accept returns on eligible products within 14 days of delivery, if they are unused and in the original packaging. For hygiene reasons, used bathroom and toileting products cannot be returned. Contact us before sending anything back.
